Please read the following instruction carefully and submit your presentation data from the link below.
You cannot submit your presentation data at the venue.
Preparation for your PowerPoint
Please create in PowerPoint slides (Widescreen 16:9).
Data conversion is performed using PowerPoint 2024 installed on Windows 11.
Please use the online preview to check for details such as font replacement, line break misalignment, etc.
The maximum number of slides is 15 pages, with the file size less than 500MB.
You must provide Conflict of Interest (COI) declaration at the second slide of your presentation data.
You cannot use PowerPoint animation effects.
Slide templates are available in the "Presentation Templates" section below. The use of the template is not mandatory.
[NOTES]
Use the OS-standard font in your slide (e.g., Century, Century Gothic, etc.). Using any special fonts may cause corruption of texts.
Use all the same font in the same textbox. Otherwise, your text is not converted correctly.
Use of the tab or space key to adjust the layout of the text may prevent the text from converting properly.
We recommend you use text boxes or the table function without style formatting or gridlines.
Transparency of the object may cause an error. Please change the color without transparency as much as possible.
Please do not lock your file with password.
Please do not delete file name extension (.pptx) when saving your file.
Please unmark "Mark as Final" if you have set "Mark as Final" at "ProtectPresentation."
For data created with PowerPoint for mac, please check the online preview to make sure that line break misalignment, image cropping, and other details are accurately reflected.

How to Register your data
Once registration is initiated, you will receive an email containing your login information to register your e-Poster data. Please proceed to data registration to upload your presentation file from the link below.

Online Previews
When presentation data is converted, the screen automatically switches to the online preview screen from the screen where the data is being converted. At the same time, an e-mail will be sent to the user with information about the online preview.
Conversion may take longer just before the deadline. Generation is usually completed in about 5 minutes. If there are videos, please take into account the playback time of all videos.
The online preview screen is almost the same as the presentation screen.
On the online preview screen, be sure to select "Completion of registration" or "Will be fixed later" after confirmation.
The last data registered will be the presentation data, regardless of the confirmation status.
Correction or Modify
Individual slides cannot be modified.
Please modify or correct your presentation slide data and upload again during the registration period.
To submit multiple abstracts
Be sure to log out before uploading files.
Be sure to check that the abstract information matches the file you have registered.
How to view your e-Poster data at the venue
There will be no verbal presentations or discussions for e-Poster presentations.
Viewing terminals will be set up at Exhibition & Poster2 area of the venue.
All e-posters can be freely viewed during the congress.

Log in to the registration system using the email address and ID that the e-Poster Registration Support Desk will provide once registration begins.

Once you enter your login information and agree with the term, please click "Proceed to Data Registration" button.

After you log in to the system, please upload your presentation data. Below is the sample screen.
Under "Software," select the appropriate item.
Under "Data Type," select the appropriate item.
Select the number of pages of data in the "Page" field.
If you have a video, check the "Video Page" that appears when you select "With Video".
Register your PowerPoint file using the "PowerPoint File Upload" button.
