Submission Period
June 2 - June 20, 2025, 11:59 PM (JST)
Abstracts of exceptional originality and importance, completed after the general abstract deadline, may be considered for oral presentation primarily in the Late Breaking Session, which is scheduled on Saturday September 6. Presenter must be the first author.
Please note that abstracts already submitted will not be accepted as Late-breaking abstracts.
For abstract requirements and format, please follow the same guidelines as noted below for the regular abstract-submission. Abstracts must be submitted from the link below.
Abstract Submission Guidance
- All abstracts must be submitted in English.
- Abstract title: up to 25 words
- Abstract body: up to 400 words
- Affiliation: up to 10
- Co-authors: up to 15
- Abstracts must not contain any graphics, tables, pictures, or other types of figures.
Regarding abstract submission alerts, such as "Please enter【Abstract Body】in half-width characters," it is displayed when the characters are not half-width or when symbols are used.
When using symbols, please refer to the abstract submission page and character code table here, and type/paste the respective code at the positions where you want to place them.

The personal information that you provide through the online submission system will be used for the following purposes only:
- to answer your inquiries regarding the meeting.
- to send you the notification of review results.
- to post your names, affiliations, presentation titles and abstracts on the official website and publish the program book / meeting APP.
