- Please note that abstracts already submitted will not be accepted as Late-breaking abstracts.
Abstract Submission Guidance
- All abstracts must be submitted in English.
- Abstract title: up to 25 words
- Abstract body: up to 400 words
- Affiliation: up to 10
- Co-authors: up to 15
- Abstracts must not contain any graphics, tables, pictures, or other types of figures.
- Regarding abstract submission alerts, such as "Please enter【Abstract Body】in half-width characters," it is displayed when the characters are not half-width or when symbols are used.
When using symbols, please refer to the abstract submission page and character code table here, and type/paste the respective code at the positions where you want to place them.
Abstract Topics and Presentation Styles
Please select your first and second categories as mandatory, and your third choice as optional for the categories in which you would prefer to present. You may also specify the preference for oral or poster. Please note that the Program Committee will make the final allocation when the abstract is accepted.

Travel Award
Abstracts (both oral and poster) submitted by young researchers will be reviewed by the ICIEM 2025 committee members. Ten applicants who have submitted outstanding abstracts will be selected for Travel Award by the organizing committee. To qualify for the award, you must not have any commercial grants or support.
- JPY 300,000 of travel support will be given to 10 applicants.
- Applicants must be young overseas doctors/researchers who live outside of Japan. Applicants MUST be under 40 years of age as of 2 September 2025.
- To Apply, tick "Apply for Travel Award" when submitting your abstract.
- Only selected recipients will be notified by e-mail by the end of June 2025.
Notification of Acceptance
All abstracts will be reviewed and selected by the Program Committee. Notification of acceptance will be sent via e-mail to the corresponding author in mid-June 2025.
