1. Please contact JTB Corp which supports Visa document for ICIEM2025 participants.
2. After we confirm that the participant's registration fee and visa documents support fee have been paid, preparation procedure begins. If you need one, please apply early.

3. Service fee:	JPY 18,150 for registered participant JPY 12,100 for accompanying person of the registered participant

• Official visa application documents will be sent to you AFTER we confirm all payments (registration fee to ICIEM 2025 and visa documents support fee to JTB Corp.)
