Guideline for International Poster Presentation
1. Schedule and Venue
Poster Session Venue：Exhibition Hall, 1F, Sendai International Center

2. Poster Session Procedures
- ・Poster panel size (prepared at the site): Height 210 cm * Width 120cm
- ・Poster number（20㎝ *20cm）will be placed on the top left of the panel in advance.
- ・Each presenter should prepare the title, presenter’s name and affiliation (height 20cm * width 100cm).
- ・Pushpins will be provided by the Secretariat. Please use the pushpins to place your poster on the panel.
- ・Any poster left after the scheduled removal time will be disposed of by the Secretariat.
3. Disclosure of conflicts of interest (COI)
Presenters must declare any conflicts of interest at the bottom of their poster presentation.
