Call for International Session

We invite abstracts for the International Session (Oral/Poster) from both domestic and overseas speakers.
If you are interested in submitting an abstract, please send your abstract to the Management Office ( 33jsphcs@convention.co.jp) using the following outline.

Abstract Submission Period

Wednesday, March 8 - Wednesday, April 26, 2023 Call for Abstracts has been closed.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Submitted abstracts should be prepared by following instruction below.

• 1. Abstracts must be written in English. *MS Word file
• 2. Title, Affiliation, Name, Abstract (Please prepare your data in this order)
• 3. The title of abstract must be limited to 30 words.
• 4. The body of abstract without images should not exceed 400 words in length.

Abstract Submission Categories

Submitters of abstract are able to choose in which category they would like to submit their abstracts. Abstract Submission Categories are as below.

• International Session / Oral
• International Session / Poster

Notification of Acceptance / Rejection

The president will respect the authors’ preference but reserves the right to assign the category and make the final decision of acceptance/rejection.
Authors will be notified by e-mail in June whether his/her abstract has been accepted for presentation.

Disclosure of conflicts of interest (COI)

Presenters must declare any conflicts of interest at the bottom of their poster presentation.
Please see the example below.
