If you are not an invited faculty and would like to be a presenter, please submit an abstract from:https://site2.convention.co.jp/jsa2026/en/abstract/

Your passport should be valid for the duration of your stay in Japan. Citizens of 71 countries/regions do not require a visa to enter Japan. Please check if the Japanese government requires you to have a visa for entry.

If you require a visa, please review the instructions from the Congress Secretariat.
Although it is recommended that you apply for your visa between mid-July and the end of August, please note that our policy allows us to issue an invitation letter only to the presenters of our congress. If you are not an invited faculty and would like to be a presenter, please submit an abstract by the abstract deadline (April 7) from:
