*1 Graduate students are included in the International Delegate category.
*2 Fellow-in-Training applicants must be working in the field of allergy, asthma, or clinical immunology (or a related field) and be either under 35 years of age at the time of the congress or within 5 years of completing a relevant training program.
Fellows-in-Training must upload valid certification at the time of registration. Please download the certificate format below.
*3 "Paramedicals" include nurses, pharmacists, allied health professionals, and other certified healthcare professionals.
*4 “Student” refers to individuals who are within two years of graduation from medical school.
Students must upload a scanned copy of a valid student ID.
