Online Registration

"Online registration" is required regardless of on-site or on-demand participation. Please be sure to register in advance, as cash registration will not be accepted at the venue on the day of the meeting.

The payment should be completed within 72 hours after registration. Otherwise, the registration will automatically be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

There will be no refund of registration fee for any reason after you have completed the payment.
Please be carefully note that change the information you have registered, or registration cannot be accepted after completed registration. Please be sure to choose an applicable category when you register.

How to register online

  • Please complete registration beforehand through the button [Online Registration] at the bottom of this page. The registration site can be connected from PC, smartphone, or tablet.
    Keep your e-mail address and Password for the Web distribution page. The secretariat can not reply to your inquiry about your password.

  • Please fill in the necessary information and proceed to the confirmation page.
    On the confirmation page, please double check the information you input, and click "Confirm" button, which will lead you to the completion of application page. (At this point, you have not completed the full registration yet.)

    To proceed the payment immediately

    Please click the button ‘to make a payment now’ and input credit card number, valid date, and security code (3 or 4-digit numbers on the front or back of your credit card) to complete the payment.

    To proceed the payment later

    You will receive a confirmation email indicating that you have created a registered account for the Meeting with a Payment URL.
    Please check the URL attached in the email, and access to the credit card transaction page to proceed the payment.

  • Payment Deadline The payment should be completed within 72 hours after registration.
    Please complete the payment by the deadline. If you fail, your registration account will be invalid, and the same email address cannot be used when you re-register. In that case, please re-register with an alternative email address. Should you have a problem concerning registration procedure, please contact Online Registration Support Desk.

  • Keep your E-mail address and Password for log-in to the virtual meeting platform.

* After you complete the registration, you may ask any assistance via the service counter.

On-site Participants

The Certificate will be issued together with name cards at the reception desk.

On-line Participants

The Certificate will be able to download from the website.
Period of Downloading: From (JST) July 11th (Tue.) noon - by August 30th (Fri.) noon

The issue of Receipt
Period of Downloading Receipt: From the Completion of Payment by August 30th (Fri.) noon (JST)
After you receive the completion of payment email, you will be able to download the receipt.
Please download the receipt by accessing the service counter from the bottom of this page.
