- Chairs for themed sessions and general oral presentations are requested to be seated at the Next Chair Seat, located at the front right side of the lecture hall (facing the screen), at least 15 minutes before the session begins.
- Mini-Oral Chairs should arrive at the Mini-Oral Chair Desk near the Mini-Oral area in the Exhibition Hall of PACIFICO Yokohama 15 minutes before the session begins and wait near the designated chair seating area.
2. Information for Speakers (Themed Sessions / General Oral Presentations)
Speakers are requested to come to the venue and deliver their presentations using a PC-based oral format.
Please refer to Section 1 for presentation time, Q&A time.

>Use of Animations and Videos
| C. | Animations and videos may be used. Please ensure that video files can be played using codecs included in the default installation of Windows 10 / Windows Media Player 12. MP4 format is recommended. Because playback issues may occur, please bring your own laptop as a backup. |

| B. | The projector connection uses HDMI. Please bring any necessary adapters. Remote presentation devices require a USB Type-A port. If your laptop has only USB Type-C, please bring an appropriate adapter. |
| C. | Please bring your AC power adapter to prevent battery depletion. |
| D. | After previewing, please bring your PC to the PC operator desk located at the front left of the venue 20 minutes before your presentation. Staff will connect the cables and check the external output. |

3. Information for Mini-Oral Speakers

- All slides must be prepared in English.
- Please refer to Section 1 for presentation time, Q&A time, and presentation language.
- All presentation data must be registered in advance. Details regarding data submission will be provided individually.
- Mini-Oral speakers will deliver their presentations using the PC installed on the podium in the Mini-Oral area. Your pre-registered data will already be loaded; please open your file and begin your presentation.
- Bringing your own PC or making any changes or replacements to your presentation data on the day of the session is strictly prohibited.
4. Conflict of Interest (COI) Disclosure
The author is required to report applicable COI (Conflict of Interest) by completing the “Conflict of Interest Disclosure” part in the Abstract Submission process.
