1. Format of the Meeting
The Annual Meeting will be held on-site only. Live streaming will not be provided.
Only the multidisciplinary sessions and selected corporate seminars will be available as on-demand streaming after the meeting.
On-Demand Streaming
Streaming Period: Saturday, September 17, 2026 – Saturday, October 31, 2026 (scheduled)
Programs Available: Cross-disciplinary themed sessions, co-sponsored seminars (except for some sessions)
* Videos of the on-demand sessions can be accessed via the Viewing Site on the Annual Meeting website. Login requires the ID (email address) and password set at the time of participant registration.
2. Participant Registration
- On-site registration will not be available during the meeting. Please complete online registration via the Annual Meeting website during the registration period.
- Payment is accepted only by online credit card. Cash payments at the venue will not be accepted, even for participants attending on-site.
- Name cards can be downloaded from the Service Counter in the registration system after completing registration. Participants attending on-site should print their name card and bring it to the venue.
- Participation in Educational Seminars and Proctor Educational Seminars requires registration for the Annual Meeting. Please apply separately after completing your meeting registration.

Issuance of Receipt
Receipts can be downloaded from the registration system’s Service Counter from the completion of payment until Saturday, October 31, 2026, 23:59 (JST).
Issuance of Name Card / Certificate of Attendance
Name cards and certificates of attendance can be downloaded from Thursday, August 20, 2026, 12:00 until Saturday, October 31, 2026, 23:59(JST).
Please ensure that you download these documents within the designated period. Requests after the deadline will not be accepted.

6. Abstract App
The Japan Society for Endoscopic Surgery will provide an Abstract App that allows participants to search the program, view abstracts, and register schedules using mobile devices or PCs.
A password is required to log in and view abstracts. The app is scheduled to be released in mid-August.

7. Opening Ceremony / Welcome Reception
The Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception will be held on:

- All meeting venues are non-smoking.
- No numbered tickets will be distributed for Educational Lectures. Please arrive at the venue before the session begins.
- Childcare services will be available during the meeting. Please check the Annual Meeting website for details.
- Membership applications and annual fee payments will not be accepted at the JSES Secretariat Desk during the meeting. Please apply online via the JSES website.
- Please turn off mobile phones or switch them to silent mode inside lecture rooms. Recording, photography, and video shooting are strictly prohibited.
- Recording, photographing (including screenshots), or posting slides, images, or videos from abstracts or on-demand content on the web (including SNS) is strictly prohibited.
- For Q&A, please wait near the microphone area. Questioners should clearly state their affiliation and name, and keep questions concise.
