Download of Receipt and Certificate of Attendance

Participants are requested to log in to the Service Counter of the registration system and download their certificate and receipt by Saturday September 30, 2026.

• No postal mail will be issued.
• Receipts will not be issued or mailed separately.
• The Service Counter will close after the deadline.
• Requests submitted after the deadline cannot be accommodated.
• A Certificate of Attendance at the Annual Meeting is required for applications for JSES technical certification (Gastrointestinal and General Surgery / Pediatric Surgery) and for applications to become a JSES Councilor. If you plan to apply, please be sure to download your Certificate of Attendance and print it in color or save it as an image.
