Downloading of Name Card / Certificate of Attendance

Please prepare your name card by following the steps below before arriving.
Your name card /certificates of attendance can be downloaded from the service counter below between August 20, 2026, 12:00 PM and October 31, 2026, 23:59(JST).
Please print your own name card in advance and bring it with you to the event.
(A4 size, color printing recommended)

* Name card will not be printed at the venue, please make sure to download yours in advance.

Cool Biz Guidelines

As the Congress will be held in early September, we encourage attendees to dress in Cool Biz attire.
Wearing a tie or jacket is not required at the venue. Please feel free to dress comfortably according to the weather and your personal comfort.
