Participation fee

• Note: A certificate of identification with the signature (or seal) of your department chair or head is required. (For medical staff, an employee ID or other form of identification is also acceptable.)
  Please prepare before starting the registration process.

How to register for participation

1. Please click the "Register here" button at the bottom of this page to access the registration system. It can be used from smartphone and tablet as well as PC.
2. Please press the "Registration" button.
   *Login is only available for those who have completed the registration.
3. Please fill in the required information and click the "Confirm" button.
   *Multiple registrations using the same email address are not allowed.
4. Please confirm the input items and click the "Register" button.
5. (For paid participants only) An automated email will be sent to the registered email address with the subject "Payment Information".
6. (For paid participants only) Please proceed to online payment using the URL provided in the email.
7. An automated email will be sent with the subject「ご登録完了のお知らせ」
   The ID and password required for logging into the viewing site are provided. Please keep them safe until the day of the event.

• Information necessary for payment, such as credit card numbers, will be encrypted and sent to the credit card payment center. Rest assured that no card numbers will remain in our database.

Name Card

You can generate your "2D Code" from the "Downloads" menu on your page and bring it with a screenshot or print.

• Please present your "2D Code" at the Registration Desk for your name card.

Certificate of Participation and Receipt:

Please obtain your Certificate of Participation and receipt by downloading them from the "Downloads" button on your page after completing your registration.

  Receipt: By November 30 (Sun), 2025 at 23:59 (JST)

Change or Cancel Registration

After the payment is completed, changes or cancellations of the participation category and refunds cannot be accommodated. Please be careful to avoid selecting the wrong participation category or making duplicate registrations that may result in double payments.
