On-site cash registration will not be available. All participants are required to complete online registration in advance, print their own name badge, and bring it to the venue.

Program Book and Abstract App
The Program Book will be distributed free of charge at the venue.
All abstracts will be available through the Abstract App.

Luncheon Seminars
Lunch boxes will be provided during the Luncheon Seminars.
Please note that quantities are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Gala Dinner

Fee: 15,000JPY
Participation in the Gala Dinner requires advance registration and ticket purchase during the congress registration process.
Tickets for accompanying persons may also be purchased.
Cloakroom
The cloakroom is located at “Ongaku Yasuragi Hiroba” (1F).
Please note that valuables cannot be accepted and should be kept with you at all times.
