On-site cash registration will not be available. All participants are required to complete online registration in advance, print their own name badge, and bring it to the venue. and collect the name badge at the pick-up counter on-site.

Participation in the Gala Dinner requires advance registration and ticket purchase during the congress registration process.

The cloakroom is located at “Ongaku Yasuragi Hiroba” (1F).
