- This excursion is a paid optional program intended for accompanying persons and family members of ASNO 2026 participants.*Participation in this excursion is limited to accompanying persons only. Registered conference participants are not eligible to join.

- The application must be submitted by the registered conference participant on behalf of their accompanying person. Please ensure that the conference participant has completed their registration for ASNO 2026 prior to submitting this form.

- If accompanying persons also participate in the Gala Dinner, the excursion fee will be waived. If they join the excursion only, the participation fee is JPY 3,000 per person. Payment must be made by credit card. Details of the payment procedure will be provided to confirmed participants in due course.
