Abstract Submission
1. All abstracts welcome!
The UCARE conference is open to abstract submissions by UCARE members and non-members. All abstracts on urticaria and other mast cell-driven diseases are welcome. Abstracts will be evaluated by a review committee. All accepted abstracts will be presented, as a poster or oral presentation, based on author preference and review committee evaluation. Abstracts chosen for poster presentation may be selected for a poster walk.
Please submit novel abstracts as well as abstracts presented at previous meetings (since the Global Urticaria Forum in December of 2020) and abstracts of your papers published in 2021.
2. Please observe the following rules.
- Length of abstract: max. 300 words
- Length of title: max. 10 words
- Language: English
- Please do not include any figures or tables.
- Please indicate if you want your presentation to be a talk (6 minutes + 3 minutes Q & A) or a poster.
- Please add the names, affiliations and addresses of all authors and co-authors.
3. Abstract categories
Please categorize your abstract into one of the following topics:
- Chronic Urticaria - Pathogenesis
- Chronic Urticaria - Biomarkers
- Chronic Urticaria - Clinical Trials and Studies
- Chronic Urticaria - Differential Diagnoses
- Chronic Urticaria - Treatment
- Chronic Urticaria - Predictors of the Course of Disease
- Chronic Urticaria - Predictors of Response to Therapy
- Recurrent Angioedema
- Urticaria - Everything that does not fit the above categories
Make sure that your submission meets all points of the checklist given above.

How to submit an abstract
Abstracts can only be submitted through the abstract submission system.
- Please click the [Abstract Submission/Confirmation/Modification] button at the bottom of this page to proceed to the submission screen.
- After confirming your personal information, please follow the instructions on the screen to proceed with the abstract submission.
You can change or delete your abstract as many times as you like within the abstract submission period. Please login with your registered ID and password.
If you forget your ID and password, please note that for security reasons, we cannot respond to any inquiries regarding your registration number and password.
Registration Confirmation Email
A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address after your abstract submission is complete. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your email address from the [Confirmation/Correct] screen or contact the Secretariat (ucare2021@convention.co.jp).
Personal Information Protection
Personal information collected during abstract submission will be used for inquiries and notifications from the Secretariat and for the preparation of the abstract book. It will not be used for any purpose other than the operation of the meeting. All registered information will be managed by the Secretariat.
