Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts must be submitted in English.
- Submission must be completed via the online system.
- Figures, tables, and images are not allowed.
- Authors may revise or delete submissions before the deadline.
- No changes are allowed after the deadline, including co-authors.
- Submitted content will be published as entered. Please check carefully.

- Copying and pasting from Word may introduce hidden formatting. Please paste as plain text and reformat within the system.
- Unsupported characters may cause errors or prevent submission.
- The secretariat will not correct formatting or typographical errors.

Submission Process
- Authors are required to create a password at the time of submission.
- After completing the submission, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to the first author. This email contains your abstract registration ID and submission details.
- The abstract registration ID and password are required to access, confirm, and modify your submission.
- Please save the confirmation email or keep a record of your abstract registration ID and password.
- If you forget your password, you can reset it from the login page.
- If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
Abstract Submission
Please read the instructions carefully before submission.
View or Modify Submitted Abstract
You can view or modify your submitted abstract only during the submission period.
To access your submission, please log in using your abstract registration ID and password.
Changes can be made multiple times until the submission deadline.
No changes or deletions will be accepted after the deadline.
Notification of Acceptance
- Notification will be sent to the first author.
- Presentation type may be changed by the committee.
- The committee’s decision is final.
Registration Requirement
- Abstract submission and conference registration are separate processes.
- Authors are expected to complete conference registration and attend the Conference.
- Abstracts will be published only if the presenting author has completed conference registration and full payment.

- Q. I cannot submit my abstract due to an input error.
- A. This is often caused by special or full-width characters. Please remove them or retype your text using standard characters.
- Q. Can I revise my abstract after submission?
- A. Yes. You may revise or delete your abstract as many times as needed until the submission deadline. No changes will be accepted after the deadline.
- Q. I did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
- A. Please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still cannot find the email, please contact the secretariat.
- Q. I forgot my password. What should I do?
- A. You can reset your password from the login page.
