Presentation Guidelines

COI (Concerning Conflict of Interest)

All speakers must disclose any COI (Conflict of Interest) on the second slide of the presentation. All Poster Presenters must disclose COI (Conflict of Interest) on the lower righthand corner of the poster. Please download the form for the disclosure slide from the following link for your reference.

1) If there is any COI to be disclosed.

2) If there is no COI to be disclosed.

Oral Session

Speakers and chairpersons are requested to come to the lecture room by 15 min. prior to the starting time of the session. The “next chairperson’s seat” is located at the right front of the room, and the “next speaker’s seat” is located at the left front of the room. Please be seated on the chair.

Presentation data submission

Speakers are required to submit the presentation slide in advance.
Details are announced to speakers from congress secretariat around late May.
