Visa Support Documents

The Organizing Committee will prepare the documents required from the inviting organization in Japan.

Applicants are also responsible for preparing all other documents required for visa application, making an appointment, and obtaining the visa at the Japanese embassy or consulate.

Eligibility

Visa support documents are available only to applicants who meet all of the following conditions:

• Chair or Speaker
• Staying in Japan from October 1 (Thu) - 5 (Mon), 2026
• Conference registration completed with payment^*1

*1: Invited Chairs / Speakers are exempt from this requirement.

If any condition is not met, visa support documents cannot be provided.

Visa Exemption

Some countries and regions are exempt from visa requirements for short-term stays in Japan.
