Though the APSDA2026 and JSDA2026 conferences are taking place simultaneously, it's important to note that separate registrations are needed for each event. Please note that the fee for the Hands-on Seminar held on October 2nd is not included in the Main Conference fee. If you wish to attend the Hands-on Seminar, you will need to register for it separately.

If you have already registered for the Gala Party through the 30th Annua Meeting of the Japanese Society for Dialysis Access (JSDA2026), you do not need to register again through APSDA2026. Please be careful to avoid duplicate registration.

What is 3D Secure 2.0?
3D Secure 2.0 is an authentication protocol designed to make online credit card transactions more secure. It helps prevent unauthorized use of your card by verifying your identity using methods such as pre-set passwords, one-time passwords (OTP), biometrics, and other technologies provided by your credit card company.
Authentication methods may vary depending on the issuer, so please follow the instructions shown on the authentication screen.

Payment Deadline
Payment is accepted by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, or Diners Club). Registration system and the payment transaction are handled through Japan Convention Services, Inc., JCS. "JCS1" will be described on your payment slip.

Your application will be cancelled 72 hours after the submission without payment.
Please be sure to complete the payment by the deadline. If you fail, your registration account will be invalid, and the same email address cannot be used when you re-register. In that case, please re-register with an alternative email address. Should you have a problem concerning registration procedure, please contact the Online Registration Support Desk.
After your payment is confirmed, the confirmation email will be sent automatically. If you do not receive the email after the registration, please contact to the Online Registration Support Desk:apsda2026@reg-convention.com.

Please be cautious not to forget your registered ID (email address) and password, as they will be required for logging into "Service Counter".

Receipt and Certificate of Attendance
Receipt for the registration fee: available to download from "Service Counter" immediately after registering and paying. The Service Counter URL is noted in the confirmation email.
Your certificate of attendance will be printed on your name badge.
Edit Personal Information/Cancellation /Refund
To edit your personal details, login to your account with the login ID (email address) and password, then click "Service Counter". Please review the form carefully when you submit it, as you cannot make a change to the category field in the editing page. NOTE: We do not accept any cancellation after payment for any reason.
How to receive your name card, receipt, certificate of attendance
Name badge, receipt and certificates of attendance can be issued via "Service Counter". To log in, you will need the ID (email address) and password used during registration.

Is group registration available?
Group registration is not acceptable in principle. Participants are required to register individually.
