If selected for a poster presentation you will be required to display a physical poster.
Accepted research abstract (s) may be assigned for either Oral or Poster Presentation subject to the committee’s decision.

Abstract Submission Categories

Formatting Instructions

• Text must not exceed 300 words.
• Bar charts, graphs and tables are not allowed.
• The required format of the abstract is: Introduction - Aims - Methods - Results - Conclusions.
• All submissions must be made in English.
• Total number of Affiliations: Up to 10 Affiliations.
• Total number of co-authors: Up to 10 co-authors.

Rules and Regulations

• Potential conflict of interest must be disclosed in the presentation.
• For research with human subjects, the author should mention if approval from institutional ethical review committee was obtained.
• Use generic names of drugs.
• The acceptance of abstract is subject to the full payment of conference registration fee no later than September 9, 2026 or the abstract will be removed and will be rejected for presentation.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
• Abstracts presented previously in local, regional, or international meetings as either oral or poster presentation may also be submitted. Only abstracts that were or to be presented during the period of October 2, 2025 - October 4, 2026 will be eligible for consideration.

Notification

• Notification will be sent to the first author’s email.
• Accepted research abstract(s) may be assigned for either Oral or Poster Presentation subject to the committee’s decision.
• The organisers reserve the rights to withdraw oral presentations from a category if insufficient entries or entries of inadequate merit are received.
• The judges’ decision is final.

FAQ

1. When this error occurs,
   "Please enter【Abstract Body】in half-width characters."
   it is often caused by symbols in the abstract, such as “, ‘, ,, - , etc.
   To resolve the issue, please remove these symbols from the registration form, and re-enter them using half-width characters.
2. When this error occurs, it is often caused by symbols in the abstract,
   such as ±, ≧, etc.
