Online Registration

The 67^th Annual Meeting of the Japan Diabetes Society will be held onsite and some programs will be available on-demand after the conference.
"Online registration" is required regardless of on-site or on-demand participation. Please be sure to register in advance, as cash registration will not be accepted at the venue on the day of the meeting.

To upload Identification Documents

1 Students are required to upload Student ID or certificate of enrollment.
2 Early Residents are also required to submit a certificate to verify your residency status.
Please note that those students/resident discounts may not apply if you fail to submit the necessary documents above.

How to register online

Please complete registration beforehand through the button [Online Registration] at the bottom of this page. The registration site can be connected from PC, smartphone or tablet.

Please fill in the necessary information and proceed to the confirmation page.
On the confirmation page, please double check the information you input, and click "Confirm" button, which will lead you to the completion of application page. (At this point, you have not completed the full registration yet.)

To proceed the payment now

Please click the button ‘to make a payment now’ and input credit card number, valid date and security code (3 or 4-digit numbers on the front or back of your credit card) to complete the payment.

To proceed the payment later

You will receive a confirmation email indicating that you have created a registered account for the Meeting with a Payment URL. Please check the URL attached in the email, and access to the credit card transaction page to proceed the payment.
After the transaction is completed, you will receive Log-in ID and Password to access the 67JDS Web site which is exclusive for participants.

To access from portable terminal

Before proceeding the registration, please check and set up to receive emails from "event-ope-service.com". If you have used designated domain reception, it may block emails from the 67JDS registration system.

Payment Method

Payment Deadline	The payment should be completed with in 72 hours after registration.

Please complete the payment by the deadline. If you fail, your registration account will be invalid, and the same email address cannot be used when you re-register. In that case, please re-register with an alternative email address. Should you have a problem concerning registration procedure, please contact Online Registration Support Desk.

Cancellation/ Revision of registered information

If you wish to change the information you have registered, or cancel your registration, please email Online Registration Support Desk as below.

Please note that there will be no refund of registration fee for any reason after you have completed the payment.
Moreover, the change of Registration Category will also not be accepted. Please be sure to choose an applicable category when you register.

After you receive the completion of payment email, you will be able to download the receipt.

Frequent Questions

Is group registration available?: Group registration is not acceptable in principle. Participants are required to register individually.
I would like to modify the registered information such as name or affiliation.: Please log into Service Counter and modify the information. New QR Code will be issued once you make a modification. Please save and bring the new QR Code to the site.
I cannot complete the payment due to error occurred on credit card transaction.: Please contact your credit card company.
Although I click the URL on registration confirmation email to proceed the payment, I cannot access the URL.: Please copy the whole URL from the top ‘https’ and paste it on the browser you use.
QR Code has not been sent to the email address I have registered at the completion of payment by credit card.: If you access from portable terminal with the designated domain reception, it may block emails. Please check and set up to receive emails from "convention.co.jp" and "event-ope-service.com" before proceeding registration again.
I have not received emails from the 67JDS system after setting up "event-ope-service.com".: There may be an error or mistake on the email address you have input. Please notify Online Registration Support Desk at 67JDS@reg-convention.com.
