開催概要
現在，日本の高難度肝胆膵外科の手術成績は世界のトップレベルですが，安定した手術成績の背景には，日本の肝胆膵外科医が得意とする“微細な解剖理解に基づいた精細な手術”があります．
肝胆膵領域の内視鏡外科手術(Minimally invasive surgery:MIS)においても，日本の肝胆膵手術の伝統は踏襲され，各施設において“微細な解剖理解に基づいた安全な肝胆膵MIS”が追求され，近年そのために重要な解剖学的構造が明らかとなってきております．
この度，開催致します 「安全な肝胆膵MISのためのPrecision Anatomyに関するコンセンサス会議（Expert Consensus Meeting: Precision Anatomy for Minimally Invasive HBP Surgery）」は，日本における“微細な解剖理解に基づいた肝胆膵MIS”を国際的に示す絶好の機会になり，また肝胆膵MISの更なる安全性の向上と，将来を担う若手外科医の教育のために重要な会議になると考えております．

エキスパート・コンセンサスの試み
安全な肝胆膵MISのためのPrecision Anatomyに関するクリニカルクエスチョン(CQ)を作成し，海外・日本のエキスパートパネルによって，文献エビデンス及びエキスパートオピニオンに基づいた各CQに対するレコメンデーションを作成します．
エキスパートパネルは，レコメンデーションに対する議論と投票を事前に行い(Delphi法)，当日のコンセンサス会議では，“エキスパート・コンセンサス”としてまとめあげられた各CQに対するレコメンデーションを，会場にお越しいただいた皆様と議論し，最終的に会場参加者の投票を行う予定です．
