Data Preparation

As to the conflict of interest, please add the COI Disclosure slide.
Conflict of Interest (COI) Disclosure
Please disclose any COI during the past 3 years at the time of registration and the day of presentation.
All presenters are required to show a slide disclosing any potential COI following the title slide.
Oral Style Presentation Guideline
- Bring your presentation data on a USB flash drive to the PC preview desk. Windows is the operating system available on the congress computers. If you have prepared the presentation data on a Macintosh, you are required to bring your own laptop with an HDMI adaptor. For those wishing to show a movie, please bring your own laptop. Audio playback is not available. Please make sure that your data have not been infected by any virus in advance by using the latest version of security software.
- Please review your data at the PC preview desk and check whether all the data are shown properly.
- Even if you use your own laptop, you are required to check your presentation data at the PC preview desk and bring your laptop to the operation desk in your session room, 30 minutes prior to the start of your session. Following the conclusion of your session, we will return your laptop at the operation desk.
- If you need any assistance with the set-up, please do not hesitate to ask for assistance at the PC preview desk.
- When you are the next one in line to give your presentation, please be seated in the Next Speaker’s Seat.
- SWJ2026 will not be responsible for any troubles caused by operation or actions that do not follow the guidelines.
Data Submission
If you submit your presentation data on-site, please do so at the PC preview desk at least 30 minutes before the start of your session. If you use your own laptop, please have it checked at the PC preview desk. Please arrive at your session room at least 20 minutes before your session begins.

Data Deletion
All presentation data saved onto the congress computers will be completely deleted by the Management Secretariat upon the completion of the Congress
