Information regarding the registration period, eligibility requirements for each registration category, and other details will be announced on this page once finalized.

For overseas abstract submitters whose abstracts are provisionally accepted, a separate pre-registration process is required in December 2026. Please refer to the section "For Overseas Abstract Submitters" below for details.

For Overseas Abstract Submitters

Pre-registration is mandatory for all provisionally accepted presenters.
If your abstract is provisionally accepted, please complete your pre-registration within the designated deadline.
Failure to complete pre-registration by the deadline will result in the cancellation of your provisional acceptance. Your presentation will be withdrawn, and your abstract will not be included in the abstract book.
Information regarding pre-registration will be sent by email to provisionally accepted presenters in December.
