We sincerely appreciate your continued support for the 94th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Gastric Cancer Association. Considering the ongoing spread of COVID-19 and difficulties of flying abroad, 94th JGCA congress will welcome overseas speakers for Scientific Program and Oral/Video Session Presenters via online while poster presentation to be hold in On-demand style (Viewing Only). Please kindly be noted that we will live stream the session during the congress though there will not be any archive session after the congress.

* Presenters are required to register to the congress.
* We will waive the registration fee for chairs and designated speakers. Details of invitation will be sent by end February.
Presentation Data
We kindly ask you to prepare your presentation data before the congress period.
Details to be informed early February.
* Submission Period: Mid-February (TBD)
* Scientific Program and Oral/ Video Session: Video with audio recorded in MP4 format
* Poster Session: Slide data in PDF format (WITHOUT any audio, video clip, and animation.)
* Slide ratio: 16:9 recommended (4:3 is still available)
Please kindly be noted that presenters are required to register to the congress.
Speaker for poster session
Comments or questions from the chair/participants will be posted to your presentation during the congress period (email to be delivered to your email address). Please do secure your time to reply to the comments during the congress period as we do not expect any extension of poster on-demand.
We will contact the speakers with the details respectively.
Certainly, this is such a painful decision for us not to be able to welcome international attendees to the congress in person, but please note that we need your continued understanding and support to collaborate and interact with each other. We are looking forward to the day when the spread of the COVID-19 settles down and we can meet again at better time.
