Registration Information

To ensure the smooth operation of the conference, participants are advised to register for the symposium in advance.

How to register

Payment methods

Payment is accepted by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, or Diners Club).

* Please note that online payment by credit card is the only supported payment method.
* Payment deadline: 72 hours after you've registered your information or the registration deadline, whichever comes first.
* Your registration will be considered invalid if payment is not received before the deadline, and you will be unable to create a new registration using the same e-mail address. Please use a different e-mail address if you wish to create a new registration. Please contact the support desk if you are unable to register.

Registration e-mail address (ID) and password

You’ll need the e-mail address and password that you registered when participating in the virtual conference and when logging in to the service counter. Your password will not be included in e-mail communications from the conference organizer for security reasons, so be sure to make a note of it so that you don’t forget.

How to receive your receipt and certificate of attendance.

Receipt Log in to the service counter between March 4 and July 31, 2022 (JST), and download your receipt.
* These documents are available only in digital form. Please note that we are unable to issue them on paper media or mail them.
Certificate of attendance You can download your certificate of attendance at the Virtual Platform between 10:00 am on May 20 and June 17, 2022 (JST).

Service Counter

Revising or changing your information

You can revise or change your information at the service counter as described below. Your e-mail address and registration categories and fees cannot be revised or changed.
If you chose the wrong registration categories and fees category, please contact the support desk by e-mail and inform them of your issue.

Cancellation policy

Please note that we are unable to cancel registrations that have already been paid for or duplicate registrations, or to provide refunds. Additionally, please exercise care as we are also unable to process changes that would result in a change in fees that have already been paid.

Personal information will not be disclosed to any third party without the prior consent of the individual in question. However, your participation category, gender, age group, and region will be used to process your registration and analyze viewing trends. The results of this analysis may be disclosed to third parties after being anonymized so it cannot be used to identify particular individuals.
