Abstract Submission Guidelines

All abstracts must be submitted via the online abstract submission form.
Submitted abstracts must be prepared in accordance with the following instructions.

  • Abstracts must be written in English
  • The title of the abstract is limited to 120 characters
  • Abstract Body is limited to 1,600 characters
  • Please select the categories you wish to apply to

Applicants (the presenting authors) for English sessions do not need to be a member of the Japanese Society for Replacement Arthroplasty (JSRA).

  • However, please note that your presentation will not necessarily be accepted in your preferred format.

Disclosure of Conflict of Interest（COI）

To ensure transparency of the clinical research partnerships between industry and academia, and in JSRA2027 presentations, all presenters are expected to disclose any "conflict of interest" (COI) at JSRA2027. All COI matters that have occurred within three years of the abstract submission and up to the time of the presentation must be disclosed.

Notification of Acceptance/Rejection

The President of JSRA2027 will consider the abstract category preferences of authors but reserves the right to assign abstract categories and to make final abstract acceptance/rejection decisions.
