- Applicants may apply for multiple awards if the eligibility criteria for each are met.
Selection Process
- *
- The selection process consists of two stages: a first-round review and a final (second-round) review.
- First-round Review: Reviewers will score the submitted abstracts. The top-scoring abstracts among those accepted for presentation will be selected to advance to the final (second-round) review.
- Final (Second-round) Review: The selection committee will evaluate the abstracts submitted for the second round and determine the award recipients.
- Scoring will be based on predetermined criteria. Adjustments may be made to correct for inter-reviewer variability if necessary.
- If a presentation is selected to receive more than one award, the higher-ranking award will take precedence, and multiple awards will not be granted.
