Affiliation Name Guidelines
When submitting your abstract, please enter the presenting author's affiliation in the following formats:
- Official Name (English)
- Abbreviated Name (English)
The abbreviated affiliation name you provide will be used in the Abstract Book, Mobile App, and other conference materials. Please follow the examples below when creating your abbreviation.
If the abbreviation does not follow these guidelines, the Secretariat may revise it as necessary to ensure consistency throughout the conference materials.
