Call for Papers for Invited Presentation

“Invited Presentations” refer to submissions directly requested by the organizing committee, and specifically include joint sessions, symposia, educational lectures, and resident seminars. For general abstract submissions, please proceed from the “Call for Papers” page.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • Please complete all required fields in the online submission form.
  • Refer to your letter of invitation for the designated language of your abstract.
  • The word limit for the abstract body is approximately 250 words for English and 400 characters for Japanese. Submissions exceeding 400 words for English or 1,000 characters for Japanese will not be accepted. These limits do not include the title, author affiliations, or author names.
  • For Educational Lectures only, an additional summary of the lecture (about 75 words in English) is required for inclusion in both the English and Japanese sections of the abstract book.
  • As a general rule, characters not compliant with JIS Level 1 and Level 2 standards cannot be used.
  • Please carefully review your submission, as the submitted title, author names, and abstract text will be published as originally entered.
  • In the abstract book and conference application, author affiliations will be published using the abbreviated forms (Japanese and English) you provide. Please check the examples of abbreviations at the link below and ensure your entry is correct. The organizing committee reserves the right to amend affiliations that do not conform to the specified examples. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Please refer to the following link for instructions on abbreviating institutional affiliations.

  • An abstract ID number will be automatically issued upon completion of your submission. You may revise your submission any number of times during the submission period using your ID and password. Please be responsible for keeping a record of your ID and password. If you lose your ID or password, you may reset them through the personal information registration page.
