The 69th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Child Neurology (JSCN 2027)
Congress Chair Masafumi Morimoto
(Department of Pediatrics, Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine)

We are pleased to announce that the 69th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Child Neurology will be held over four days, from Wednesday, June 2, to Saturday, June 5, 2027, at the Kyoto International Conference Center.

The theme of this meeting is “Imagine - A Compassionate Heart, A Shared Future.” This theme reflects two key concepts: the power of imagination to foster empathy and compassion, and the hope of envisioning a harmonious future that transcends boundaries.

We aim to create a gathering where multidisciplinary healthcare professionals and researchers in the field of child neurology, together with patients and their families, can come together in a spirit of mutual understanding and compassion and envision a future beyond the challenges posed by neurological diseases and disabilities.

To facilitate broad participation, the meeting will be held in a hybrid format, combining in-person sessions with on-demand streaming, and we anticipate welcoming approximately 2,500 participants. We are also planning a variety of programs for international participants, including invited lectures and symposia featuring emerging researchers from around the world.

Through a diverse program comprising special lectures, educational lectures, symposia, poster presentations, and public lectures, we hope to provide opportunities to share the latest advances and challenges in child neurology, promote academic collaboration, nurture the next generation of researchers, and foster partnerships among all stakeholders.

We sincerely look forward to welcoming you to Kyoto and to the 69th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Child Neurology.
