About Educational Seminar tickets

1)

The Educational Seminars at this meeting are held on a numbered ticket system.
(Evening Symposiums, Evening Seminars, and Morning Seminars are not numbered tickets)

2)

Numbered tickets will be distributed at the numbered ticket counter (1F, 2nd exhibition hall B/C) at the following times on the day of the seminar.

November 18th (Sat) 8:00-11:50
November 19th (Sun) 8:00-11:55

3)

Numbered tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, and distribution will end as soon as the capacity for each seminar is reached. Please note that the number of copies distributed is limited.

Those with a numbered ticket will have priority entry to the venue.

5)

Numbered tickets will become invalid 5 minutes after the start of each seminar. At this point, those who do not have a numbered ticket can still enter seminars that have seats remaining.

A shuttle bus will run from Miyako Messe to Okura every 17:30 to 30 minutes.
