  • All chairs are requested to come to the “Next chair seat” (at the front row on your right side of the session room) no later than 10 minutes prior to the beginning of your session.
  • All chairs are asked to ensure that all sessions start / finish on time. ・There is a timer on the chairman’s desk.

  • Please bring your presentation data on USB Flash Drive or on your own laptop PC made in Windows Microsoft PowerPoint 2013/2019 (2016).
  • Please register your presentation data At least 30 minutes before your session starts. The PC Center will be open during the following hours.

  • All speakers are requested to be seated on the “Next Speaker Seat” in the lecture room. Speakers are asked to ensure all sessions start and finish punctually as scheduled.

    If you wish to use Macintosh, please bring your own machine and a cable to connect it to the projector.

    If your presentation contains movie data created on Macintosh, we also ask you to bring your own machine.

    On-site operating system will be Windows and PowerPoint 2013/2019 (2016).

    Use standard font (e.g. Arial, Century and Times New Roman) in order to avoid conversion errors.

    For movies created on Windows, please make sure it can be played on Windows Media Player 12. (MP4 and WMV are recommended.)

    If you bring your own laptop PC, please bring an AC adapter for your PC.

    For PC with different pin types, please make sure to bring a converting cable to HDMI type.

    Please make the file name of your presentation in the following format: "abstract number_full name". (Ex: PS1-1 John Smith.pptx)

    We strongly recommend bringing back-up data of your slide and movie files in case of any technical difficulties.
