Notice for Refund

We apologize the delay of announcement of refund procedure.
We are ready to refund the registration fee via the credit card company starting from early August. We will send you an email when it is completed.

The refund will be given followed by your credit card company’s regulation, the refund date may be different due to the conditions and regulation. Please contact the support desk of your credit card company if you need to know the date of refund or more details.

In case of the following conditions, the refund may not be given via your credit card but to your bank account.

1) More than six months has passed since the payment had been made
2) Expiration of the credit card
3) Payment made by prepaid card and others
4) Cancellation of the credit card

In case you apply to the above conditions, WCES2020 Registration Desk will send you email starting from the middle of August in which we notice the procedure of refund via your bank account.
We will be sending this notice to your email address which you entered for the pre-registration. Please make sure that your email account can receive our email from “reg-wces2020[A]convention[D]co[D]jp ( Please chainge [A] to @ [D] to . )”.

Please kindly note that the refund via the bank account will take further procedure more than via the credit card. We will send you email when it is completed. Thank you for your kind understanding in advance.

この度は、返金方法のお知らせまで時間を要しましたことをお詫び申し上げます。
8月中旬からクレジットカードへの払い戻しを順次開始いたします。

返金処理が完了しましたら、ご登録のメールアドレスに返金手続き完了の通知メールをお送りします。

※お客様がお使いのカード会社を介しての返金となるため、返金されるタイミングはお客様とカード会社の契約内容（締日など）やカード会社の規定により異なります。
詳細の確認をご希望の場合は、お使いのカード会社にお問い合わせください。

下記に該当される方は、クレジットカードへのご返金ができません。
お客様がご指定する口座返金での払い戻しとなります。

カード決済から6ヶ月以上経過されている方
ご使用になられたカードの有効期限切れ
プリペードカード等でお支払いされた方
ご解約済みカードの場合

口座返金に該当される方につきましては8月中旬以降に改めてWCES2020 Registration Deskより、返金口座指定を行うためのメールをお送りいたします。

※事前参加をお申し込みの際にご登録されたメールアドレスにお送りいたします。
「reg-wces2020[あ]convention[ど]co[ど]jp（[あ] を @ に，[ど] を . に変えてください。）」からのメールを受信可能に設定していただきますようお願いいたします。

口座返金にて払い戻しの場合、手続きにお時間をいただきます。

Accompanying persons must be a spouse or a family member of the registered participants and not admitted to scientific sessions of WCES 2020, the 33rd JSES and ELSA 2020.

Payment Method

* All payment must be made in Japanese yen.

Credit Card

American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are acceptable.

Profile Registration

1. Please access the online registration system through the button and enter your profile.

2. URL is sent to your email address to set up Login ID and password.

Congress Registration

3. Please select your registration category and other options.

Payment

4. Please complete payment by credit card.

* Pending registration is automatically cancelled after 1 hour unless a payment is completed.

Confirmation & Receipt

5. Confirmation letter and receipt can be printed out when the payment is confirmed.

To change/add registration after fixing on the payment method, please click Registration No. on the menu page of the online system.
If you would like to confirm your member ID of JSES, please contact to the secretariat of JSES.

Confirmation / Receipt

The Confirmation Letter and Receipt can be printed out through the “On-line Registration” page, when you complete the payment.

[Note]

The Confirmation Letter can be printed as many times as you wish by September 12, 2020 (JST).
The Receipt can be printed only once. Please inquire the Registration Desk if you fail to print.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made to the Registration Desk by e-mail. The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation, as follows:
Cancellations received by July 15, 2020 (JST): JPY10,000 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund of the Total fees.
Cancellations received on or after July 16, 2020 (JST): No refund.
Please note that all refunds will be made after the congress. Transfer costs for cancellation refunds will also be applied to participants.
