- Online credit card payment is only available (we do not accept cash even for participation in person).
- All listed fees include local consumption tax of 10%.
- All the participants will have access to the program / abstracts in PDF data (to be announced few weeks before the congress).
- Unpaid or partially paid registration will not be considered as valid until fully paid.
- Registration deadlines are applicable considering the local time (JST).
- Please note that “Student”category is available for investigators/students under 40 years of age only.
Official proof of student status/age (in English and valid max. 6 months prior to the registration) must be uploaded to the link upon completing your payment. - Registration for JSES member is available only Japanese page.
How to Register
Before registering for this event, please check with your credit card issuer to ensure that your card is registered for 3D Secure 2.0.
What is 3D Secure 2.0?
3D Secure 2.0 is an authentication protocol designed to make online credit card transactions more secure. It helps prevent unauthorized use of your card by verifying your identity using methods such as pre-set passwords, one-time passwords (OTP), biometrics, and other technologies provided by your credit card company.

- Payment deadline: 72 hours after you’ve registered your information or the registration deadline, whichever comes first.
If registering during the event dates, please pay before arriving at the venue. - *
- Your registration will be considered invalid if payment is not received before the deadline, and you will be unable to create a new registration using the same e-mail address. Please use a different e-mail address if you wish to create a new registration. Please contact the support desk if you are unable to register.
Registration e-mail address (ID) and Password
You’ll need the e-mail address and password that you registered when logging in to the service counter. Your password will not be included in e-mail communications from the conference organizer for security reasons, so be sure to make a note of it so that you don’t forget.

Changing your information
You can revise or change your information at the service counter as described below.
Your e-mail address, registration categories and fees cannot be revised or changed.
If you chose the wrong registration categories and fees, please contact the support desk (general-wces-jses2026[A]reg-convention[D]com( Please change [A] to @ and [D] to . )) by e-mail and inform them of your issue.
Cancellation policy
Please note that we are unable to cancel registrations that have already been paid for or duplicate registrations, or to provide refunds. Additionally, please exercise care as we are also unable to process changes that would result in a change in fees that have already been paid.
The personal information you give us will never be disclosed to any third party without your permission. However we may use some of your registered data such as registration category, gender, age, and area of expertise for registration trend and view tendency analysis. Result of analysis may be disclosed to third parties as non-personally identifiable information. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

WCES-JSES 2026 assist in preparing the required VISA documents, including:

The service fee is 15,400 JPY, separate from registration fees.

- Log in to the service counter using the e-mail address and password you registered between August 20, 2026, 12:00 PM and October 31, 2026, 11:59 PM. and download on your own side.

- I’d like to change my registration information (name, institution/company, etc.) or correct an error.

- You can change your registration information by logging in to the service counter using the e-mail address and password you registered. If you plan to visit in person, please print and bring the most recent Name Tag (the one you obtained after making changes). Your e-mail address and registration categories and fees cannot be revised or changed. If you chose the wrong registration categories and fees, please contact the support desk by e-mail (general-wces-jses2026[A]reg-convention[D]com( Please change [A] to @ and [D] to . )) and inform them of your issue.

- I’m trying to pay with a credit card, but a payment error is preventing the transaction from completing.

- Please check the error message that is shown when you try to pay. If you continue to see the same error after verifying that the credit card information and security code you entered are correct, please contact your credit card issuer.

- Clicking the payment URL in the e-mail doesn't take me to the credit card payment interface.

- Copy the entire payment page URL (starting with “https:// ”) and paste it into your browser’s URL field to access the page. The URL will no longer take you to the online credit card payment interface once the 72-hour payment deadline has passed. Your registrations will be considered invalid if payment is not received before the deadline, and you will be unable to create a new registration using the same e-mail address. Please use a different e-mail address if you wish to create a new registration. If you’re unable to register, please contact the support desk by e-mail (general-wces-jses2026[A]reg-convention[D]com( Please change [A] to @ and [D] to . )) and inform them of your issue.

- Please check your junk or spam folder to see if the message, sent from “sendonly-kazasdake[A]convention[D]co[D]jp( Please change [A] to @ and [D] to . ),” has been moved there. If you’re using a mobile device to receive e-mails and the app has been configured to reject messages from certain domains or senders, or messages that contain URLs, you may not be able to receive e-mails from the conference’s system.
