VISA Requirements and Important Notes
All foreign visitors entering Japan must possess a valid passport.
Participants except those from countries who have visa exemption agreements with Japan should apply for a visa and receive it before departure.
The documents required for a visa application vary by country. Please check with your country's embassy for the necessary documents in advance.
Visa Support Service for AAPS2026
Service Details
AAPS2026 assist in preparing the required VISA documents, including:
- Letter of Guarantee
- Invitation Letter
- The service fee is 15,400 JPY, separate from registration fees.
Registration Required First
Complete your AAPS2026 registration prior to applying for Visa Support. Applications without registration will not be accepted.

- Approval is Not Guaranteed: The embassy’s decision on visa issuance is independent of our service.
- Deadline Compliance: Ensure timely submission of all documents and adhere to provided deadlines.
- Refund Policy: No refunds are available if the visa application is denied.
- Decisions about visa support are subject to the discretion of the Conference Chair.
- If, despite completing the registration, the visa is not issued in time or is not issued for any reason, the registration fee will not be refunded.

Cancellations, removal of double application, and/or refunds will NOT be accepted under any circumstances after payment is completed.

Invitation Letter
AAPS2026 may issue an Invitation Letter as follows to those who request it.

| Format | Only the AAPS2026 fixed format letter will be used. No additions or modifications requests are allowed. Any additional requests will be handled through paid VISA support.
