Event Dates and Streaming Period
JSMO2025 will be a hybrid event, held in-person in Kobe, Japan with some sessions available via live streaming and on-demand viewing as well.

How to Access Live and On-demand Streaming
Registered participants can access the streamed content via the JSMO 2025 Virtual Meeting website during the streaming period.
- After completing your registration, log in to the JSMO 2025 Virtual Meeting website using the Virtual Meeting ID displayed on your registration account.
Recording, Filming, and Photography
Recording, filming, and photography within session venues or from the web streaming platform are prohibited without prior permission, except for designated sessions. Designated Sessions for Filming will be notified at the venue.
During onsite sessions, please ensure your mobile phones are switched off or set to silent mode.
You are allowed to take pictures of some presentations and post on social media.

Ticket System
Tickets for the Medical Seminars will be distributed at the venue. Please take one to secure your seat and meal/snack for the seminars as outlined below.
Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, with one ticket per person, and will no longer be available once they run out.

Please scan your QR code on the name badge at the ticket machine at the venue.
