Call for Abstract

How to submit your abstract

Submissions for theme and general abstracts can only be made online via the website.
Please register by clicking the New Registration button at the bottom of this page.

* After the deadline for abstract submissions has passed, it will not be possible to register, modify, or delete abstracts.
It is expected that it will be difficult to access the abstract submission page just before the deadline, so please apply with plenty of time to spare.

Friday, May 30, 2025, noon to Monday, June 30, 2025, noon

The presentation format will be oral.

Abstract Preparation Guidelines

• Title：20 words
• Abstract：300 words or less (no figures or tables)
• Number of authors that can be registered: Maximum number of authors: 10 (including the first author)
• Maximum number of affiliated facilities: Up to 6 facilities

Lead authors are requested to disclose any conflicts of interest (COI).

Notification of receipt of abstract

After registering your presentation, you will receive a registration completion email, which will serve as confirmation that your presentation registration has been received. For security reasons, we cannot answer questions about your password after registration, so please be sure to write down the registration number and password you were issued.
If you lose your password, you will need to submit a new abstract, and the original submission associated with the lost password will be deleted.
If you wish to request the deletion of an abstract due to a lost password, please contact the conference secretariat by email (jsaoifao2025[A]convention[D]co[D]jp ( Please change [A] to @ and [D] to . ) ).

Privacy Policy

The personal information collected during the abstract submission process for this conference, including names, contact information, and email addresses, will be used for inquiries from the secretariat and for sending presentation notifications. Additionally, names, affiliations, presentation titles, and abstracts will be published on the website and in the abstract booklet for the purpose of conference dissemination. This information will not be used for any other purposes. After the conclusion of the conference, all information will be strictly managed to prevent any external disclosure.
