Fellow-in-Training applicants must be working in the field of allergy, asthma, or clinical immunology (or a related field) and be either under 35 years of age at the time of the congress or within 5 years of completing a relevant training program.
Fellows-in-Training must upload valid certification at the time of registration. Please download the certificate format below.

“Paramedicals” include nurses, pharmacists, allied health professionals, and other certified healthcare professionals.

“Student” refers to individuals who are within two years of graduation from medical school.
Students must upload a scanned copy of a valid student ID.

*Reception (October 17): Food will be provided in a standing buffet-style format only for those who register separately for the paid social event (JPY 5,000) in addition to the conference registration.
Online registration for the Reception will close at 12:00 noon on October 16.

Regular Registration remains open after the on-site meeting for those who wish to register for and access the post-congress on-demand streaming.

How to Register

Online registration and payment are required for all attendees.
There will be no on site registration or payment desk at the venue.

  1. Please read all information on this page thoroughly before starting registration.
  2. Once you have finished reading, please click Register Now to proceed with the online registration.
  3. At the end of the registration form, the payment screen will appear. Complete payment by credit card.
  4. After registration and successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Your registration is considered complete upon receipt of this email.
  5. Cancellations, removal of double registrations, and refunds will NOT be accepted under any circumstances after payment is completed.

Important Notes on Registration and Payment

Please note that if payment is not completed by the deadline, your registration will be automatically cancelled. In such cases, you will not be able to register again using the same email address.
If you wish to register again, please use a different email address.

If you are unable to complete your registration, please contact the Support Desk for assistance.

The online registration system is operated by Japan Convention Services, Inc., which also processes credit card payments on behalf of the Congress.

Name Badge, Receipt, and Certificate of Attendance

Name Badge After completing the registration fee payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code attached. Please scan the QR code at the venue to check in for on-site participation.
Certificate of
Attendance		 It can be downloaded from your registration account from October 21 at 13:00 (JST) through December 14, 2026.
Online participants can download the certificate after viewing the program on the virtual platform.
Receipt Receipts can be downloaded from your registration account after payment until December 14, 2026.
Please note that each receipt can be downloaded only once, and reissuance requests will not be accepted.
