- Fellow-in-Training applicants must be working in the field of allergy, asthma, or clinical immunology (or a related field) and be either under 35 years of age at the time of the congress or within 5 years of completing a relevant training program.
Fellows-in-Training must upload valid certification at the time of registration. Please download the certificate format below. - *3
- “Paramedicals” include nurses, pharmacists, allied health professionals, and other certified healthcare professionals.

- “Student” refers to individuals who are within two years of graduation from medical school.
Students must upload a scanned copy of a valid student ID. - *5
- Optional ticket for the JSA/WAO/APAPARI Joint Congress 2026 participants to attend the reception at the evening of October 17.
Online registration for the Reception will close at 12:00 noon on October 16.
How to Register
Online registration and payment are required for all attendees.
There will be no on site registration or payment desk at the venue.
- Please read all information on this page thoroughly before starting registration.
- Once you have finished reading, please click Register Now to proceed with the online registration.
- At the end of the registration form, the payment screen will appear. Complete payment by credit card.
- After registration and successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Your registration is considered complete upon receipt of this email.
- Cancellations, removal of double registrations, and refunds will NOT be accepted under any circumstances after payment is completed.
Registration will start from noon, Jan. 30.

Important Notes on Registration and Payment
Please note that if payment is not completed by the deadline, your registration will be automatically cancelled. In such cases, you will not be able to register again using the same email address.

The online registration system is operated by Japan Convention Services, Inc., which also processes credit card payments on behalf of the Congress.
