JTB Corp. (JTB) has been appointed as an official travel agency for The 30th Biennial Congress of ISUCRS 2020 and will handle hotel accommodations. JTB has reserved a sufficient number of rooms at the following hotels for the participants duringThe 30th Biennial Congress of ISUCRS 2020 period.
Hotel assignment will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Room rates are valid for the stay from November 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, to 15, 2020.

Room rates are per person, per night, service charge and consumption tax.

No Tour Leaders will meet guests at the airport. All guests are required to make own arrangements to the hotel for check in.

Payment Procedure

Payments by credit card will be accepted.

The due date for the payment is 25 October, 2020. Please note that you cannot make any payment after the due date.

In order to make a hotel reservation, a deposit (full amout) is required.

Your credit card statement will show that the payment has been made to the name of JTB Corp., which is the agent handling registration.

Confirmation

Your reservation will be completed upon receipt of your on-line accommodation information and verifying the payment of the deposit.
Please print out your confirmation slip by clicking the "Confirmation sheet" button and bring it with you upon check-in at the hotel.

Cancellation / Revision

In case of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees (per person) as shown below.

Please revise and/or cancel your reservation by logging-in to your 'My Page'.

Cancellation fee when notice is given:

6 or more days prior to the first night of stay	No charge
5 days prior to the first night of stay	20% of total room rate
On the first night of stay (except for the lower column)	50% of total room rate
On the day of departure, or in case of failure to show without notice	100% of total room rate
