As an opportunity for everyone to gather in person after the pandemic over the years, we are eagerly preparing to hold the congress mainly on-site, but we will also have live streaming to make the most of this congress and to encourage participation from around the world. Registration for Speakers
All presenting authors will receive an acceptance/rejection notification via e-mail by March 10.
Please do note that those who do not register for the congress and complete payment of the
registration fee by the deadline of April 7 will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.

Accommodation in Japan
No travel agencies have been mandated to organize the hotel booking. However, a direct booking system for IGCC 2023 is available. You are welcome to directly make a hotel reservation on your own.
(Invited guests should receive a hotel invitation via email by mid March)

- Online credit card payment is only available (we do not accept cash even for participation in person).
- All listed fees include local consumption tax of 10%.
- All the participants will have access to the program / abstracts in PDF data (to be announced few weeks before the congress).
Participants who will attend in person can receive the program booklet at the venue. - Please make sure to pay your registration fee before the deadline applicable for the selected registration type. If your payment is not received in due time, the latter fee will be automatically applied.
- Unpaid or partially paid registration will not be considered as valid until fully paid.

Registration e-mail address (ID) and Password
You’ll need the e-mail address and password that you registered when participating in the virtual congress website and when logging in to the service counter. Your password will not be included in e-mail communications from the conference organizer for security reasons, so be sure to make a note of it so that you don’t forget.

Changing your information
You can revise or change your information at the service counter as described below. If you plan to attend in person, please bring the most recent QR Code (the one you obtained after making changes).
Your e-mail address, registration categories and fees cannot be revised or changed.

Cancellation policy
Please note that we are unable to cancel registrations that have already been paid for or duplicate registrations, or to provide refunds. Additionally, please exercise care as we are also unable to process changes that would result in a change in fees that have already been paid.

- Is it possible to register groups of people who belong to the same organization?
In principle, it is not possible to register groups. Each participant should register separately.
- I don’t know my log in ID and password for the Virtual Congress Website.
Please log in using the e-mail address (ID) you used to register and the password you set at that time.
- I forgot the password I used to register.
You can reset your password from the service counter using the e-mail address you registered.
- I forgot the e-mail address (ID) I used to register.

- I’d like to receive a Payment Receipt.

You can change your registration information by logging in to the service counter using the e-mail address and password you registered. If you plan to attend in person, please bring the most recent QR Code (the one you obtained after making changes).

- I deleted or cannot find the e-mail with my QR Code.
You can obtain another copy of your QR Code by logging in to the service counter using the e-mail address and password you registered.
- I’m trying to pay with a credit card, but a payment error is preventing the transaction from completing.
Please check the error message that is shown when you try to pay. If you continue to see the same error after verifying that the credit card information and security code you entered are correct, please contact your credit card issuer.
- Clicking the payment URL in the e-mail doesn't take me to the credit card payment interface.
Copy the entire payment page URL (starting with “https:// ”) and paste it into your browser’s URL field to access the page. The URL will no longer take you to the online credit card payment interface once the 72-hour payment deadline has passed. Your registrations will be considered invalid if payment is not received before the deadline, and you will be unable to create a new registration using the same e-mail address. Please use a different e-mail address if you wish to create a new registration. If you’re unable to register, please contact the support desk by e-mail (igcc2023[A]reg-convention[D]com ( Please change [A] to @ and [D] to . )) and inform them of your issue.
- I paid the registration fee by credit card, but the e-mail address I used to register hasn’t received any messages.
Please check your junk or spam folder to see if the message, sent from “sendonly-kazasdake@convention.co.jp,” has been moved there. If you’re using a mobile device to receive e-mails and the app has been configured to reject messages from certain domains or senders, or messages that contain URLs, you may not be able to receive e-mails from the conference’s system. Please contact the support desk by e-mail (igcc2023[A]reg-convention[D]com ( Please change [A] to @ and [D] to . )) and inform them of your issue.
- I haven’t received any message from the system even though I configured my e-mail app to accept messages from “convention.co.jp.”
