Abstracts must be submitted in English. Please submit the abstract from the button below.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

1. Language: English.
2. Title, Affiliation, Name, Abstract (Please prepare your data in this order)
3. The title of abstract must be up to 150 characters including spaces.
4. Abstract body is less than 250 words.
5. If you have other authors, enter co-authors’ names, and select the numbers of Affiliation. If his/her affiliations are different from the Primary author's, add the name of affiliation. The maximum number that can be registered is 15 for co-authors, and 16 for their affiliation.
6. Tables and images are NOT allowed.

   • Choose “Invited Speaker” in Category.
   • Upload CV, and Head Shot for the congress program book.

   • There are 2 types of presentation (Oral or Poster).
     Note: Presentation style will be determined by the Program Committee.

7. Abstract Structure: Purpose-Methods-Results-Conclusions

8. Each initial letter of the name or title should be capitalized, and other letters should be in lowercase. Please do not omit words and phrases.
9. Submissions must be submitted online. Please click on "New submission" below.
10. First authors should be the presenting author and should handle all communication with the congress secretariat.
11. First author's full name, country, name of the institution, telephone number and e-mail address should be filled in the abstract submission form.

Any corrections to be made to your abstract will be your own responsibility.

The abstract should clearly and specifically describe the intent of the presentation in the order of purpose, methods, results, and conclusions.

*

Be sure to list the full name of the affiliation, the specialty, and the department.

Note:	All similar departments should be listed using the same name; for example, "Department of Pediatric Science" and "Pediatric Course" should be listed as "Department of Pediatrics."

*

For numbers, Arabic numbers (1, 2, 3) should be used; for years, the western calendar year should be used.

*

For all foreign languages except for German, the entire text should be in lowercase letters except for proper nouns and the first letter of the first word in a sentence. Names of persons, pharmaceuticals and places should be in their original language.

Regarding video images of patients please be sure to pay careful attention to ethical codes.

*

If the abstract has been presented at any other conference, please be sure to indicate that fact.

*

In the case of a presentation on a new test method or medical treatment method, it is stated in the abstract to the effect that informed consent has been obtained, and that approval has been obtained from relevant committees such as the ethics committee and the institutional review board.

Notification of acceptance

Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Program Committee, and the acceptance or rejection of the abstract will be announced to the applicants via e-mail at during February, 2024.
