INFORMATION
Please choose symposium or e-poster when you submit your abstract.
Oral presentation will be held on ONLY symposiums.
Details of the symposium and e-poster will be announced at the notification of abstract acceptance.

ABSTRACT CATEGORIES
We invite practitioners and researchers to submit abstracts for the following categories:
*The abstract categories are same for both symposium and e-poster.
- Clinical practice
- Education
- Research
- Contribution to wider society
- Others (e.g. COVID-19, Basic Research)
GUIDELINE FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Please follow these guidelines carefully. Failure to comply with the guidelines may prevent the abstract from being considered for presentation at the conference.

1. How to Write Abstracts
- Language: English
- There is no limit on the number of abstracts that one can submit.
- Only completed projects or projects with preliminary results should be submitted.
- Abstracts must describe original work.
- Previously-presented abstracts are also warmly welcomed.
- E-mail or fax submissions will not be accepted.
Symposium
- Title: A concise title not exceeding 30 words
Abstract title should be brief and reflect the content of the abstract. - Capitalize the first letter of the title. *exception: unique words
- Format: Each abstract must include all of the following sections in sequence:
To accommodate a variety of symposia, abstracts need not adhere to the following format. Alternative formats are welcome.- Introduction
- Methods (e.g. design, setting, patients/participants, data collection, statistical or qualitative analyses)
- Results
- Discussion / Conclusion
- Length of Abstract (not including the title): not exceed 300 words.
The submission program will not allow submissions that do not comply with the word-count requirements.
Tables and images are not permitted. - Authors: Do not include degrees or titles.
- Biography: not exceed 200 words
- Contents: Results of the research should be stated. In lieu of Results, comments such as the following will not be accepted: “Results will be given at a later date”
Clinical practice and pharmacotherapies in various fields (oncology, cardiology, nephrology, psychiatry, infectious disease, inter-professional work etc.), Education (Inter - professional education, Resident program etc.), Research etc.: Abstracts on any topic related to clinical pharmacy are welcome. - Presentation time: 20 minutes for each symposium. This includes 5 minutes Q&A.
- The program committee will place each symposium submitted into one of three or four categories.
e-poster

Clinical practice or case reports in various fields (oncology, cardiology, nephrology psychiatry, infectious disease, inter-professional work etc.), Education (Inter - professional education, Resident program etc.), Research etc.: Abstracts on any topic related to clinical pharmacy, including abstracts for previously-presented work are welcome. - Poster award: Poster Judges will award a prize to the best poster presentation. The poster presentation that is judged to be the best will be awarded a prize.
2. How to Submit Abstracts
- All abstracts must be submitted through the abstract submission system. (Please connect from the button on the bottom of this page.)
*Abstract(s) sent by e-mail or fax will not be processed by the Secretariat and will not be forwarded to the conference committee for review.
*You can connect the abstract submission system from the “ABSTRACT SUBMISSION” button below.
- You can save and re-edit your abstracts online until you decide to submit them via the abstract submission system.
- When submitting the finalized version of your abstract, please complete all required fields in the abstract submission system.
- All abstracts submitted will be automatically edited according to the submission format. It is the author or authors’ responsibility to review and correct the submissions. Submitters are responsible for any typing error on the abstract.
- Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.
3. Abstracts Process
- After submitting the abstract online, corresponding & presenting authors will automatically receive an e-mail confirming the acceptance of his/her abstract. All submitting authors are asked to make sure that the abstracts are successfully submitted. Please contact us if no confirmation e-mail is received.
- Notification of abstract acceptance will be sent to submitting authors.
- Only submitting abstracts does not complete the registration for the conference and presenters are required to register for the conference separately.
4. Author’s Registration
As the accepted abstracts are to be included in the scientific program, authors MUST complete pre-registration for the conference.
5. the Conflicts of Interests
It is the intent of the organizers to provide high-quality sessions focused on educational content that is free from commercial influence or bias. Therefore, the submitting author of an abstract is requested to declare any potential conflicts of interest for all authors upon abstract submission.
