Gala Dinner

We will be hosting a joint social event. Since it will be held in conjunction with APGCC 2026, it presents a valuable opportunity to socialize with physicians from both Japan and abroad. Participation is free for all registered attendees.
We also plan to feature a performance of Okinawan traditional performing arts (Eisa). Please join us!

Shuttle Bus Service Information

Shuttle buses will operate daily between Naha Airport and the venue from Wednesday, March 4 to Friday,March 6. (Some services will depart from and arrive at Omoromachi.) The shuttle bus stop locations (pick-up/drop-off points) will be posted at a later date.
