About Luncheon Seminar tickets

1)

The Luncheon Seminars at this meeting are held on a numbered ticket system.
(Sponsored Symposium, Evening Symposium, Evening Seminar, and Morning Seminar are not numbered tickets)

2)

Numbered tickets will be distributed at the numbered ticket counter (2F, Lobby) at the following times on the day of the seminar.

- November 2nd (Sat) 8:30–11:50
- November 3rd (Sun) 8:30–12:00

3)

Numbered tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, and distribution will end as soon as the capacity for each seminar is reached. Please note that the number of copies distributed is limited.

4)

Those with a numbered ticket will have priority entry to the venue.

5)

Numbered tickets will become invalid immediately after the start of each seminar. At this point, those who do not have a numbered ticket can still enter seminars that have seats remaining.

Information of the social gathering

A social gathering will be held on the evening of the first day of the conference.
You can apply on the conference website.
