Payment Policies
All payment must be made in Japanese yen by credit card.

Cancellation Policies
The registration fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances (100% No refund).
Letter of Invitation
A letter of invitation will be issued after registration and payment are completed.
The letter of invitation for VISA application does not provide any financial support.
